Not enough time to eat!

I often hear people complain about not having enough time to eat a proper meal, they are to busy so they eat fast food. Food and eating is an important part of your life  and a great pleasure! Make time! Set your alarm 10 minutes earlier in the morning. It’s about having a healthy lifestyle, incororate it into your daily routin, just like putting on your socks or brushing your teeth. I can say the same for exercise.  Would you go to work without putting your socks on?

There are a lot of health benefits associated with listening to certain types of music.  Millions of Americans are taking medication for high blood pressure,  for many it is the only option.  Some people could abviously benefit from more exercise and proper diet. I want to know if you have tried listening to calming and relaxing music to help lower your heart rate during times of stress.  caryfarley.com
